Bhavya Pranathi Nandi is a highly motivated and energetic Software Engineer at Honeywell with a passion for exploring and learning new things. With 5.76 years of relevant experience, she has a strong background in research and development, as well as software engineering. Currently, Bhavya is working as a Summer Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Science, where she is focused on finding the numerical solution for linear coupled PDE in variational mathematical formulation of MMC Bling. Her work involves developing a Titanium MMC to change the entire structure of the shaft of an aircraft engine, resulting in compressor weight reduction and improved efficiency. Prior to her current role, Bhavya served as the General Secretary Sports and Games at Mother Teresa Hall of Residence. In this role, she was responsible for organizing seven Inter-hall General Championship events and two open IIT events. She also handled a Hall Budget of INR 1.5 lakhs by ensuring efficient and transparent disbursement. Her efforts resulted in an increased participation of ~50% in intra-hall events. Bhavya holds an Integrated Course (BTech+MTech) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from IIT, as well as an Intermediate degree in Mathematics and Sciences from Matrix IIT Academy and a Matriculation degree in Science and Mathematics from Loyola Public School, Nallapadu. Her technical skills include Research Scientist and Software Engineer. Overall, Bhavya is an optimistic and driven individual who is committed to achieving excellence in her work.
